Conditions of carriage.

• The service is provided as-is, during a test, with no uptime target and no warranty of any kind.
• You are responsible for your prompts and for the content you generate.
• The terms of the upstream provider, today Chutes, apply to you as well, including its indemnity for prompts and content.
• Deposits are credits for inference on this endpoint and nothing else: they are not refundable, not withdrawable and not transferable. Credits never expire.
• Per-key rate and spend caps apply, and we may freeze a key on abnormal spend.
• We may end the test at any time; unused credits stay usable while the endpoint runs.
